AGA STRETTON

If you want the look of a traditional fireplace combined with the benefits of an AGA cast-iron stove, look no further than the Stretton.

Easy to install, the cassette-style Stretton stove is sleekly designed to fit into a 16″ (405mm) or 18″ (460mm) fireplace. It produces a heat output of up to 4.9kW with 78.4% efficiency from wood. Solid fuel types include coal, anthracite and peat briquettes – achieving a 4.4kW nominal heat output with 70% efficiency.

Like all AGA stoves, the Stretton benefits from the AGA Active Air Wash System. It helps to retain heat, keep the glass clean and optimises fuel efficiency.
The Stretton can be left burning overnight, keeping any room warm and ready for the morning. There’s also an ash pan, fire fence, removable shaker grate and ash tray which make cleaning your stove quick and easy – with a ‘cool touch’ classic AGA black handle for safe access. AGA STRETTON SMOKE EXEMPT

The Stretton SE is a dedication smoke exempt version of the highly popular Stretton stove. The low particulate emissions from the SE model mean that it is fully approved to burn wood in smoke exempt zones, typically associated with urban centres of population.

ESSE 350GS

The 350 GreenSwitch™ is a room heating stove with thermostatic boiler. It has an operating range of 14.7kW/h but gives only a modest 3.6kW/h to the room and a generous 11.1kW/h (38,006 Btu) to water. These figures are based on wood-burning and will be slightly higher when burning mineral fuel.
The 350 GreenSwitch™ is equipped with a control (the Green Switch) that adjusts the airflow to maintain the most efficient combustion whether burning wood or mineral fuel. Its large capacity firebox makes it a versatile woodburner.
Like the rest of the 300 series it fits into a standard fireplace, however a depth of 372mm must be created to allow for its larger capacity firebox.

ESSE 350SE 6.5kW – ON WOOD (ALSO AVAILABLE IN MF 7.5kW)

The beauty of the ESSE 300 series is that inset convector stoves give a different solution to change an inefficient open fire into a multi-fuel stove that is more economical and ecological, improving the efficiency of an open fire by up to 400%.
Convector stoves were designed and created by the ESSE team back in the 1920’s and the benefits they bring are countless. The firebox is placed inside a second outer casing with a cavity in between the two. Cool air is extracted from the room, drawn in at the base of the stove and then heated before rising out of the top of the stove into the room to create a warm, comfortable surrounding. This process also means that the outer surface of the stove, while still very hot, is much less likely to burn in the way an ordinary stove would. It is known that non-convection stoves are heated by radiation which only travels in straight lines, however ESSE convector stoves give that little bit extra, they emit a continuous stream of hot air which can evenly heat every nook and cranny of a room, to reduce cold spots in the room.
The award winning, infamous 350 SE offers a larger output of up to 7kW/h. Like the 301 SE it slots comfortably into a standard fireplace, however, the brick fireback must be removed to make room for its larger capacity firebox. It is equipped with a secondary air control for burning wood and smokeless fuel.

FIRELINE FPi5

Create a stunning impression in your living room and enjoy the pleasure of a real wood-burning stove. Today’s stoves burn wood efficiently and cleanly, providing maximum heat and a focal point in any home. The 16” x 22” FPi5 has been designed to fit virtually any standard class 1 chimney. This means fitting should be easy, with little building work required. This fire is DEFRA approved for use in smoke controlled areas. When married to a Fireline limestone mantle, like the Stokesay, illustrated below, the effect can be truly stunning.

FIRELINE FPi8

A classical, yet contemporary design, the FPi8 features a truly stunning, wide flame window which gives this model a room presence like no other wood-burning stove. This extra-large fire chamber will take logs over ½ metre in length, which results in a longer burn and more efficient heat, not to mention the time saved in cutting small logs. Its available with a choice of a 3 or 4 sided trim and when married to one of our limestone mantles like the Radnor, the effect is a real show stopper.

PORTWAY INSET

The Portway Inset multi fuel stove has been designed to fit perfectly in to a standard 16″ x 22″ fireplace opening and still maintain a generous viewing area. With a choice of Contemporary or Traditional door.

STOVAX RIVA 40

The smallest model in the Riva range is designed to fit a standard, 22″ (560mm) high x 16″ (405mm) wide, British fireplace opening with the chair brick removed.
So you can update the look of your living room with minimal construction work and, possibly without the need to remove the existing hearth and mantel. Alternatively the Riva 40 fire can be installed as a ‘hole in the wall’ fire.
In addition to providing contemporary style, a Riva 40 fire significantly increases the level of heat in your room compared to a conventional open fire. Combustion efficiency is up to 4 times greater; giving you more heat for your money and lower fuel costs.

STOVAX RIVA 55

With greater heat output and a large window to view the flames, the Riva 55 cassette fire can be installed into a standard British fireplace opening which is 915mm h x 915mm w x 460mm d (36″h x 36″w x 18″d). It can also be installed as a ‘built in to the wall’ fire. Both options are available with a choice of standard or wide frames.
The Riva 55 offers you two accessories to enhance your heating options:
The first is fan-assisted convection for quicker warming of the room when the Riva is first lit.
The second is a ducting system that can distribute warm air into the same room or to other living spaces.
Installing the fan and ducting system together will maximise the benefits from this impressive 8kW cassette fire.

STOVAX RIVA 66

The Riva 66 has significant heating capacity and will be a stunning focal point in your living room.

Although it is possible for the Riva 66 fire to be fitted into certain ‘fireplace openings’, the extra depth of firebox may require selection of the deep version of the Profil frames to achieve such installations.

Alternatively, this model is ideal for new-build homes, barn conversions or where major refurbishment is taking place and a larger opening can be constructed.

If you expect to burn mainly smokeless fuel, then due to the larger firebox, you may wish to consider the optional ‘reducing’ kit. This decreases the amount of fuel you need to load but it also guides the fuel and cinders towards the grate for improved combustion. However, you may still burn wood with equal efficiency.

Furthermore, you can optimise the heating potential of the Riva 66 fire with two accessories:

The first is a fan-assisted convection kit, which boosts warm air entering the room at just the flick of a switch.

The second is a ducting system that diffuses some of the heat to other points in the same room or into other living spaces.

Or install both the fan and ducting system for ultimate heat distribution.

STOVAX RIVA 66 AVANTI

Sharing exactly the same firebox features as the standard Riva 66, the Avanti differs only by its more contemporay styling – offering a design in its own right.
Above and below the door are finely proportioned Midnight Black steel panels whilst the door itself is gently curved and finished in Storm metallic paint.
The door handle locates on the right and may be removed after refuelling. The controls are discreetly positioned under the door so all you see are the crisp, clean lines of the Avanti surrounding a swirling picture of flame.
If you expect to burn mainly smokeless fuel, then due to the larger firebox, you may wish to consider the optional ‘reducing’ kit. Offering many of the advantages of a freestanding stove, the Multi fuel view 7 Inset Convector provides up to 4 times more heating efficiency than a standard open fire with greater control over combustion, increased heat outputs and lower fuel costs.

STOVAX STOCKTON 7 INSET CONVECTOR

The Stockton 7 Inset Convector offers you an inset convector fireplace with the heating advantages of a freestanding Stockton stove.
With Cleanburn and convection systems, the Stockton 7 Inset Convector is around 4 times more efficient than an open fire. It also gives you greater control of combustion, more heat for your money and lower fuel costs.
There is also an integral boiler version which produces up to 24,000BTU’s of hot water.

STOVAX STOCKTON MILNER

The Stockton Milner wood burning and multi fuel fire fits a 16″ or 22″ fireplace without the chair brick needing to be removed.
This means it can be easily fitted into an existing chimney without needing any extra building work. The Milner fire is cheaper to install because of this.
It is also more efficient than an open fire. The Stockton Milner gives you greater control of the fire combustion, more heat for your money and therefore lower fuel costs.
